Will is a highly experienced Executive Coach and Mentor with over 15 years experience that includes developing and implementing organisational-wide coaching and mentoring schemes, co-founding a research cluster in coaching and mentoring and hosting the West Midlands European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) regional CPD training. Through coaching we create the space to help the individual or team to develop their understanding of the complexity of problems, and develop well thought-out solutions that translate to confidence and positive actions. Our mentoring provides the relational connection providing wisdom, trust, and guidance needed to navigate the terrain of complex issues and problems.
